Reasons to be cheerful

I'm linking in with Planet Penny today on three reasons that I am cheerful!

Actually I have a lot to be thankful for, but here are just three..............

Days out during the school half-term holidays
(this particular garden centre had some really strange garden gnomes!)

Feeding the swans.........and appreciating our wonderful surroundings.

It's finished!

Please check out Planet Penny's blog to see other peoples' Reasons to be cheerful posts.

  1. That blanket is beautiful, the best way to cheerfulness is to wrap yourself in a rainbow! Thanks for joining in x

  2. Oh! You have swans! How beautiful. We have a few that overwinter here, but not so many. I am in serious envy of the blanket. I think the goatmother needs to make me one like it. I think what is under the blanket might be useful in handing out a few Peanuts too. :)

Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog, I love your reasons to be cheerful. I live on the coast and miss out on seeing swans, they are so very beautiful. As for your blanket, it's just too gorgeous and your boys are ever so cute xox

  9. That is one gorgeous granny stripe blanket! I am so very close to finishing my granny square blanket. I hope to be hooking the edge this afternoon. Thank you for the bloggy birthday wishes at T.H. last Tuesday. It was so nice to hear from so many of you. Wish I could have shared a cupcake with all of you girls! Happy Sunday Faith. :)

  10. You have been a busy bee too by the looks of it! I've just been catching up with your lovely posts....That piccy of your three little men huddled under your spectacular granny stripe blanket is heart warming!! Well done on getting it finished... it's huge!... just perfect for lots of winter snuggles :)
I totally agree with the list-making... I NEED lists to feel like I'm on top of what I'm behind on (if that makes sense?)... and to actually be ticking some off feels great doesn't it?
Pumpkin pie looks delish by the way, hope hubby had a fab birthday :)
